Year one carries the server, which is why it is the big number. On a custom build the server is the biggest line and GPU prices keep moving, so we quote that one fresh rather than publish a figure we would have to retract.

Most AI tools arrive as an empty chat box. Yantra comes with the Pack already built, so the eight tools your team works in are wired up before anyone logs in. These stay your own accounts, we are not reselling you Google or Microsoft.

A harness that finishes the work

Yantra is the gateway underneath. The harness is what your team touches. Most tools answer a question and stop. You give this one the job and it hands back the finished thing.

Before you talk to us.

Why is year one bigger than the years after?

Year one carries the server and the work of standing it up. From year two you pay the annual licence, the Connect Pack and Care, which comes to $10,080 a year. Nothing else recurs.

Is anything billed per user?

No. The licence, the hardware and the retainer are never billed per user per month. Twenty people or two hundred, the annual figure is the same.

Who owns the hardware?

You do, in both packages. In Package 1 you procure it yourself. In Package 2 we buy it on your behalf, stage it and hand it over. Either way it sits at your site and goes on your books.

Can we be quoted in Ngultrum?

Yes. Tell us at the enquiry and we come back with a Ngultrum figure inclusive of taxes and duties, for your procurement file. The prices here are in US dollars.
